Take Me Back to Texas

We're happy to be returning to South Texas playing the Beauty Bar in Austin on Saturday, October 11th.

We're also playing Lucy's On The Square in San Marcos the day before on Friday, October 10th. Lucy's is one of Raechel's favorite places to go. There they defy physics and set liquid on fire.

I Am Feeling Great Tonight

Hey (motley) crew, Derek here.

I'm sitting here after having a bit of a rough night - enjoying a tasty beverage, watching The Daily Show when this iPod commercial comes on and reminds me that I need to tell you about an upcoming show we're playing in Oklahoma City.

The music you hear is from Boulder, CO's Chairlift. We're playing with them on November 1st at The Conservatory. It's our first time to play there in over a year and our first all ages show in OKC since June.

So, about Chairlift...

They make music that's druggy, ethereal, dramatic, wistful, out-of-time and lost. And those are just words, please listen with your ears...

The song that hooked me in?

If I smoked clove cigarettes, I would be smoking clove cigarettes right now.

One more for you.

Please come November 1st. Bring cloves.

UPDATE: THIS SHOW HAS BEEN CANCELED. BOO HOO.

We got ourselves a dry-erase board to make recording notes or try to become organized in some way.

Welcome to Crocodile blog.

This is the destination where Crocodile (Raechel, Derek and Dusty) will collectively and individually share secret family recipes, give relationship advice, comment on our horoscopes and maybe other stuff too.
